Responsibilities:
- Experience working for a large group company.
- Fluent in Chinese, with strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Nationally recognized professional certification at an intermediate level or above.
Requirements:
- Provide financial reporting on business functions and operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines, and procedures.
- Monitor and achieve budget goals; make recommendations based on budget status.
- Assist in developing and supporting short-term and long-term financial strategies.
- Maintain internal assurance of revenue, costs, team, and organizational budgets, and actual expenditures.
- Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, plan monitoring, and reporting standards.
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies, practices, and procedures; report unsafe activities and evaluate corrective actions.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Keep a clean and orderly work area.
